Self-service miniature grocery stores for the underprivileged

There are creative initiatives that are heart-warming. This one, which comes straight from the United States, is one of them. Recently, we have seen the emergence of the concept of "Blessing Box". The principle is simple: many American citizens had the idea to install small wooden cabinets in front of their homes.

These cupboards are in fact open-access miniature grocery stores that allow the poor to provide themselves with food and hygiene products. A very nice initiative that allows families to fight against waste by doing a good deed. To learn more, visit The Little Free Pantry.
