As you know, at Creapills, we love art in all its forms. And once is not custom, we wanted to make a small aside on one of the most popular and most talented artists of the twentieth century: Pablo Picasso. Born October 25, 1881 in Malaga in Spain, Pablo Picasso is a designer, painter and sculptor who has yet passed most of his life in France.

And if Pablo Picasso is also fascinating, it is especially that the artist did not stay locked in a particular artistic style. Throughout his career, the Spanish artist has experimented with different artistic styles, making him one of the most prolific painters of modern art. And we found a very simple way, and especially very explicit, to see the evolution of the style of Pablo Picasso : watch the evolution of his various self-portraits realized from his 15 has his 90 years.

His first self-portrait dates from 15 years of the artist and was made in 1896. At the time, we could observe that Pablo Picasso was rather on a realistic artistic style, that he will not keep long during his career. In 1901, the artist enters his "Blue period" where he will begin to paint much darker scenes in blue tones.

Gradually, as self-portraits, we discover the evolution of the artistic style of Picasso : the pink period, the arrival of geometric and fractured forms, neo-classicism, surrealism ... But finally, it is the cubic style who will prevail until the death of the artist in 1973. We let you discover below the evolution of the different self-portraits of Pablo Picasso who say a lot about the artist.
