He imagines the Earth after the consequences of an epic dryness

Using Photoshop, American graphic designer Joel Krebs imagined a series of images depicting the consequences of an epic drought.

If you are the type to complain about the heat in summer, then these retouches of the artist Joel Krebs will literally make you sweat. This American imagined, from original photos, what would be the world, and the famous landscapes, if the Earth was subject to heat wave unprecedented.

And since images are more powerful than words,Joel Krebs had the idea to imagine the apocalyptic world which could develop in case of an incredible drought peak. For this, he retouched photographs of iconic monuments from around the world in order to adapt them to a desert landscapesuffocating under the heat and the lack of water.

A prospective alarmist which effectively reminds us of the terrible potential consequences of global warming, which worries more and more. And if the theme of the climate interests you, we recommend you two artists who seek to sensitize by their creativity:Sean Yoro who paints while playing with the water level andLorenzo Quinn whose huge hands have not gone unnoticed.

edict : we spoke originally of the action of "global warming" but the artist told us that the goal is primarily artistic in order to show the impact of an epic drought.
